Troy and Jessica
We know choosing an adoption plan takes incredible courage and love, and we want you to know we see that. Thank you for taking the time to get to know our family. If we're the right fit, we promise your baby will grow up surrounded by love, in a home where they're celebrated exactly as they are and where they always know how deeply wanted they were from the very beginning.
Our family's story has been shaped by adoption in beautiful ways.
We adopted three of our children—Jaxon, Olivia, and Jace—from foster care when they were young, and Jessica has four siblings her parents adopted. We've experienced firsthand how love builds families, and we know our family isn't complete yet. Choosing adoption again feels natural to us—it's how our family has grown, and our hearts have room for another.
WHY WE'VE CHOSEN ADOPTION
Hi, we're Troy and Jessica! We met at the gym and have been best friends and partners ever since.
We both work from home here in Columbus—Troy as a Data Consultant and Jessica as a Travel Advisor—which means we're around for the morning chaos, after-school conversations, and homework help. Troy coaches the kids' sports teams, and we're always there cheering them on.
Our family thrives on open communication. We talk about everything, and everyone's voice matters. Faith is also central to how we parent—we're active at our church where Jessica sings in the choir and the kids love the annual Christmas program.
We're all about making memories together. Disney World is our happy place, and we love beach vacations and exploring new places. At home, you'll find us having competitive game nights, spontaneous dance parties, or taking trips to the zoo. Laughter and fun are just part of who we are as a family.
About Us
We have four amazing kids: Archer (11), Jaxon (10), Olivia (9), and Jace (5).
They're active, creative, and full of energy—you'll find them riding bikes around the neighborhood, building elaborate Lego creations, helping bake cookies in the kitchen, or working on their latest art project. They love swimming, gymnastics, playing soccer, football and baseball, and getting lost in their imagination during fort-building sessions. Story time before bed is a favorite, and they're always begging for "just one more vacation!" Your baby would have built-in best friends, playmates, and protectors from day one.
About the Kids
Our neighborhood is one of those places where kids play outside and everyone waves to each other.
The schools are close enough to walk to, and you'll regularly see our family making the trek together, usually stopping to pet neighborhood dogs along the way. Our house is a spacious two-story with plenty of bedrooms and room for everyone to spread out and play. There's always music playing, someone creating something at the kitchen table (which really is where most of life happens), Lego masterpieces on display, or kids piled on the couch for movie night. It's the kind of home that feels warm and lived-in, where everyone belongs.
