Shania Alley 

Shania graduated from Kent State University in 2024 with a bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Studies, with a focus in case management. After graduating, Shania began working at a Child Protective Services agency as a caseworker for 2 years. In 2026, Shania began working as a Wendy Wonderful Recruiter. In this role, Shania is driven to help children find their forever home, and find the stability they need, and desire. In their free time, Shania enjoys spending time with family/friends/pets, going to concerts, and being out in nature.
