Welcome to our hearts and home,
Justin & Elizabeth
We are a loving, connected and faith-filled family hoping to welcome a second child into our family.
After meeting at church in 2020 we quickly knew that we had met "the one" and married in June 2021. We enjoy coffee dates, family walks, growing our little homestead and spending time with family and friends. From quiet moments to shared laughter believe the simple rhythms of family life are where love grows strongest.
Shortly after we were married, we eagerly began dreaming of a family. However, a year later, we were diagnosed with infertility. While we pursued fertility treatments that ultimately weren’t successful, adoption was always on our minds. Growing up, we both had family members and close friends who were adopted, and we saw it as a gift. Adoption was never a “backup plan” for us but rather a meaningful and intentional way to grow our family.
In 2024 Our Daughter came into our lives in a whirlwind and she has taught us a love that is bigger and deeper than we could have imagined! She lights up our world with her smile and brings joy to our lives daily. At the same time, we see her birth mom in her tiny features and carry a deep respect for her sacrifice. Loving Natalia well means honoring her story as we walk alongside her through the joys and the questions of being an adoptee.
Surrounded by a supportive community of adoptive families and loved ones, we are excited to adopt again. We love being parents, cherish the family we are building, and look forward to giving Natalia the gift of a sibling. Our hearts and home are ready to welcome another precious child and his/her birth family, whatever this might look like.
ABOUT US
I’m outgoing, hardworking, and love to bring humor into everyday life.
I have a degree in Business Marketing and work as a real estate appraiser. I find great meaning in providing for my family and appreciate the flexibility of working from home, which allows me to be present in our daily life.
Faith is at the center of my world, and quiet mornings with God help prepare me for the day. I’m an extrovert who deeply values family and community, whether that’s coffee dates with Elizabeth, reading with Natalia, or spending time with friends. I enjoy staying active, working with my hands, and tackling home projects, often with the help of others.
about Justin
I’m creative, thoughtful, and tenacious, with an introverted nature that helps me savor life’s little moments.
I have a degree in nursing and worked as a pediatric nurse before becoming a stay-at-home mama. I love being deeply involved in Natalia’s daily life and feel so grateful to witness all of her “firsts.” My nursing background continues to serve our family well, from everyday colds to skinned knees.
Faith and family are at the center of my world, and I treasure my morning coffee and time with Jesus, family walks with Justin and Natalia, and Sunday dinners with my parents and siblings. I also enjoy being creative and bring beauty to our daily life through quilting, gardening, baking and watercolor.
ABOUT Elizabeth
Our daughter Natalia is a sweet, curious, energetic toddler.
She loves music, books and her baby doll. She also enjoys spending time with her doting grandparents, aunts and uncles. Natalia is especially sweet with babies—pointing out their tiny toes and offering soft kisses . We can’t wait to watch her grow into the role of big sister and to nurture a joyful sibling bond.
Our Home and Chickens
Our home is cozy, peaceful, and a little messy in the best way. It’s a 1940s Cape Cod on an acre of land, surrounded by rolling farm fields and the happy clucking of our chickens in two little barns out back. It’s not perfect or designer—and we love it that way. Toys on the floor, dishes in the sink, and candles on the table tell the story of a home that’s lived in and loved.
We live in the country between two small cities, enjoying quiet roads and open land while still being close to parks, shops, and a charming downtown with all our favorite spots. Elizabeth's parents, siblings, and extended family live just a mile down the road. We value the support that comes with living near family, and we’re intentional about building a community that will help our children feel seen, supported, and proud of who they are as they grow.
