Jaelisa Felder

Jaelisa graduated from Ashford University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development. Following her graduation, she began her career as a Bridges Liaison, cultivating her skills in working with at-risk youth within the community. She then advanced to the role of being an Licensing and Adoption Coordinator, where she discovered her passion for connecting families and ensuring permanency for children in care. Jaelisa is also a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., which upholds the principles of Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood! 

In May 2025, Jaelisa joined the Caring for Kids team as a Wendy’s Wonderful Kids Recruiter. Where its her goal to focus on building up communities and ensuring that children have lifelong connections throughout their lives!
