Haley Barker-Newhouse

Haley earned her Bachelor's degree from Ashland University and began working in child welfare as a county intake worker shortly after. Haley enjoyed working with families and engaging with community partners in this role for about 2 years but always felt a desire to do more for children and families. Haley is excited to be a part of the Wendy's Wonderful Kids team through CFK and is grateful for the chance to work with youth who are navigating what permanency looks like for them. Haley truly believes that family is found and agrees wholeheartedly with the statement "Home is Made."

In her free time, Haley enjoys spending time with her family and coaching cheerleading. Haley and her wife are licensed to foster and love to spend time outdoors and crafting with the youth in their home.
