Ben Neal

Ben grew up in Wayne county in the town of Smithville, Ohio and married his high school sweetheart, Deborah. They attended OSU in Columbus, Ohio where Ben studied Accounting and Finance, with a minor in Economics. He passed his CPA exam after college and joined PNC. Ben joined Worthington Industries after four years. During this time, he and his wife were blessed with two boys, Edison and Watson. Ben also changed careers from a Controller to Operations and Leadership. As a family, the Neals love to camp, mountain bike, play soccer, hike and spend time with family and close friends. They are passionate about serving their community and being a positive force for everyone around them.
